2023 was a breakthrough year for me! ✊️

I intended it that way with my Word for the Year – Break Through

At the beginning of the year, I felt stuck in so many ways, so when the word appeared in my head, “I need a breakthrough,” and in more ways than one, I knew that was my yearly intention.

I allowed that word to steer me through the year and bring to me the tools and resources to help.

Some areas I broke through:

✊️ I lost 25lbs and have managed to keep most of it off.

✊️ We finally turned out of the red after several years of income challenges thanks to a google algorithm change, COVID, and building a second business.

✊️ Had so much growth with @thisisraleigh
and felt joy again doing this kind of business after years of burnout.

🛩 Had a stellar year for international travel, including 3 new countries for me ( 6 for Craig and the girls) and fun solo trips

✊️Worked on healing many shadows within

✊️ Strengthened and deepened relationships and finally learned it`s okay to say no to those that don`t nourish me.

I’m forever a work in progress but am in a better place for 2024 and my new word. I’ll share that next year! It’s the perfect follow-on for Break Through.

PARIS recommendation - The Basilica of Sacré Coeur de Montmartre, or in English, the Sacred Heart of Montmartre, is a Roman Catholic Church that is dedicated to the “Sacred Heart” of Jesus.

It’s located on a hill in Montmartre which offers stunning views of the neighborhood below. The dome sits 200 meters above the Seine.

Free to enter the church, but we highly recommend you climb the 300 steps up to the Dome for incredible 360° views over Paris, including the Eiffel Tower.

Cost:
* 7 Euro for adults
* 4 Euro for kids under 16

The Basilica took 40 yrs to build and was officially completed in 1914 and consecrated after WWI in 1919.

The design is a combination of Neo-Byzantine and Romanesque architecture and is a beloved building in the city, even for non-Catholics.
