   Hello,
   My name is Fairalee. I reside in Fairbanks, Ak. My boyfriend Skyler has your skis, movies and your pretty much his idol. I would have probably never heard of you had I not met him. Partly because I snowboard and would never think of dating a skier. Anyway. On December 27th 2008, Skyler went from being an extreme skier, climber, mountain biker, and healthy 22 year old guy to a quadrapalegic fighting for his life. He remains in the Providence medical center critical condition fighting to get strong enough to hopefully make it to Craig in Denver Colorado for rehabilitaion. He was shot at four times by my former boyfriend the day after x-mas. He had just gotten back from skiing Alyeska. One bullet went into his neck and severed his spinal chord and sent shrapnel that damaged the other side of his chord. He had never talked to the guy who shot him or provoked him in anyway. He was so innocent and his life has changed forever. I know you travel to Ak sometimes, it would be cool and lift his spirits soooo much if you could stop by and see him. Hes the most caring down to earth guy I know and he would do a backflips if he saw you.
